How do I make a return or exchange?
Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to us using an insured service to the above address. (this will provide you with a recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves)
Shipping
Please allow 7-10 business days for the arrival of your order. All domestic orders are $10 to ship via UPS. International orders are $50 USD. Free shipping when offered only applies to Domestic shipments and is only offered for outbound shipping only. If an item is being exchanged, shipments leaving our warehouse will be paid for by us, additional charges will not be apply.
Delays/Item is out of stock
If an item is not available, or if there are any other problems with your order that may cause delays, you will be notified via email
When will my credit card be refunded?
Once your package has been received at karajanx, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from karajanx.com.
Sales tax
All items shipped in the state of New York will be subject to sales tax.
Sale items
Sale items are not refundable. A credit will be issued to the customer to be used against any future purchase at karajanx.com
Rush service/Special attention
If you need your order rushed, a color/size changed, please contact us at info@karajanx.com to confirm the availability. Please include, if you have already placed your order, your order number on all correspondence
